Do you have a license to bake in a home kitchen?
Yes! All of our wonderful cookies we prepare for you are made in a home kitchen under Utah Cottage Food Law. We have our cottage food permit and are licensed and insured to provide our quality baked goods to you. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free. We do make vegan cookies in our kitchen, and they are made separately from our non vegan options, but they are prepared in the same kitchen.
What if I have allergies ?
Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. Should you have a specific allergy, let us know and let’s see what we can create for you! I will do my best to accommodate, but may not be able to accommodate all allergy types.
When is payment due for custom orders?
For all custom orders, an initial payment will be collected when you add to the cart. This is the minimum purchase amount. After we discuss ideas, colors, themes and more, the difficulty and time needed to complete the cookies as well as the time frame allotted for cookie creation will determine any extra fees. These fees will be communicated, agreed upon, and collected prior to the start of cookie baking.
Can I make changes or cancel my custom order?
You are welcome to make changes and cancel your custom order at any time up until the cookies enter production. Once the cookie production has begun the order cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be given. All costs, and all order details will be discussed and agreed upon prior to production and all fees will be collected prior to production. At that time a production date will be given and changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Can I return a custom order?
Our custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Should there be an issue with your order pre or post shipment, contact me directly and we will address each concern individually.
How are all cookie orders shipped to me? Can I request expedited shipping?
All cookies are expertly packaged to minimize any issues during shipment. Each package is shipped USPS 2 day Priority Mail to ensure they arrive fresh and tasty. Each order will have a tracking number issued to you at shipping so you can follow it along. Should you need expedited shipping, or local delivery, please contact us so that can be arranged.
I am local, can I do pick up or delivery?
Yes! If you are a local and can pick up in the St George, UT area or would rather arrange delivery (for a fee), we can absolutely set that up.
